1.Marijuana Infused Marshmallows

Ingredients: Cooking With Marijuana Butter

  • ¼ cup kief-butter or cannabis-butter 
  • 4 cups fresh mini marshmallows
  • 5 cups of any variety puffed rice cereal (traditional, cocoa, fruity)

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the cannabis butter over LOW heat (overly hot butter will turn those treats rock hard).
  2. Steadily add the mini marshmallows to the butter and stir until melted and well-blended (about 2 minutes).
  3. Remove mixture from heat and set aside.
  4. Slowly add rice cereal to the butter and marshmallow mixture, and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Using wax paper or a nonstick spatula, pour the mixture into a well-greased 13×9 inch baking pan. Carefully and evenly press it into the pan.
  6. Place pan aside to cool, making sure the delicious treats are out of nibbling hands way!
  7. Once the marshmallow treats have cooled, cut into 2×2 squares. For easy cutting, dump the rectangle of treats onto a cutting board, and use a large knife or pizza cutter sprayed with cooking spray to make cuts. Source:Marijuana Marshmallows

Ingredients: Cooking With Weed

  • 12 eggs. boiled and peeled
  • ½ cup Cannabis Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Paprika, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Slice eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash yolks with a fork.
  3. Add CannaMayo, vinegar, ground mustard, salt and pepper to yolks. Mix everything together until creamy.
  4. Fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture. Sprinkle top of each deviled egg with paprika.

Ingredients: Cooking With Marijuana

Bud-Tender Certification
  • 1 (18.25 oz) package devil’s food cake mix (with or without pudding)
  • 1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Canna Oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • Frosting Ingredients:
  • 2 Cups Cannabutter – room temperature
  • 1 TBS pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 pounds confectioner’s sugar
  • 3-4 TBS tablespoons very cold coconut milk
  • 25 Oreo cookies (chopped)

Directions For The Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line the bottoms of (2) 9 inch round cake pans with parchment and grease pans thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cake and pudding mix, salt vanilla, sour cream, Canna Oil, beaten eggs and water.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips and divide batter into the prepared pans. Bake for 25-35 minutes, rotating pans half way through baking the baking time. Bake until the top is springy to the touch and a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  4. Cool cake for at least 30 minutes before inverting. Allow cake to cool completely on wire rack.

Directions for the Frosting:

  1. Cream the Cannabutter in the bowl of an electric or stand mixer. Add the vanilla extract and combine well.
  2. Begin adding in the sugar and mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  3. After all of the sugar has been added and mixed thoroughly, begin adding the very cold milk… one tablespoon at a time, combining well after each addition until you reach the desired consistency.
  4. Fold in chopped Oreo Cookies and frost your cooled cake layers. Source: Oreo Cake
4.420 Cheesy Potato Fries

This super gooey-ooey recipe topped with cannabis infused olive oil packs a delicious punch. These chronic cheesy potato fries are a favorite for any gathering. Just be sure to share this favorite appetizer with some friends!

Ingredients:

Drizzling Sauce:

    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
    • 1/4 cup milk

Toppings:

  • 1 cup (or as much as you like) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup real bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup green onions

Directions

      1. Cut potatoes into “french fry” size. {choose how thick or skinny you want the fries to be}
      2. Place on foiled baking sheet.
      3. Drizzle with Cannabis infused olive oil and lightly toss with tongs.
      4. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the potatoes.
      5. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
      6. In a separate bowl mix sour cream, Ranch dressing and milk.
      7. On a separate platter smooth out 3/4 of the sour cream sauce.
      8. Place hot potatoes on sour cream sauce.
      9. Drizzle remaining sour cream sauce on potatoes
      10. Sprinkle toppings.
      11. Place under broiler for a few seconds to re-melt cheese.
      12. Enjoy my friends! It’s going to be messy and delicious.
